Sportsman’s in Scottsdale, AZ is having a Springbank and BenRiach tasting on July 12th. Check out the lineup in the image below. I’ll be there, as will [at least] one of the other Whisky Magazine forum members. If you’re in the Phoenix, AZ area, you should give them a call and see if they have openings left.
I’ve never seen these BenRiachs on the shelf before, and they usually do special pricing at the event (plus you get a $10 voucher and Riedel ‘O’ glass with your admission). I went to the Glenmorangie/Ardbeg tasting at the Arrowhead location a few weeks ago, and it’s definitely worth the $35.
